Terms of Use

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Undetectable UGC (“we”, “us”). By buying or using the product you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not buy the product and do not use it.

Your purchase is also subject to the terms of Digistore24, which acts as the authorised reseller for this product. Where their terms govern the sale itself, theirs apply to the transaction and ours apply to the product you receive.

What the product is

Undetectable UGC is a digital information product: a set of lessons, templates and reference files that teach a process for producing AI-generated creator-style video. It is delivered online. Nothing physical ships to you.

It is educational material. It is not software, not a service, not an agency engagement, and not professional advice of any kind — legal, financial, medical or otherwise.

Purchase and payment

Payment is processed by Digistore24 as the merchant of record. They handle the transaction, issue your receipt, and are responsible for billing. We never see or store your card details.

Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and may change at any time. A change never affects a purchase you have already completed.

Refunds are covered separately in our Refund Policy.

Your licence to use it

When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for yourself or for the business you work in.

You may:

• Use the process to create video for your own products and offers.
• Use it for clients as part of services you provide, including paid client work.
• Keep your own notes and adaptations of the templates.

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense or give away your access or any of the files.
• Repackage the material as your own course, template pack or coaching programme.
• Post the lessons publicly, in whole or in part, in any format.
• Share your login with anyone outside your own organisation.

Intellectual property

All lessons, text, video, templates, prompts and design in this product remain our property and are protected by copyright. Buying access does not transfer ownership of anything to you.

Video you create by following the process is yours. We claim no rights over your output.

How you may use what you make

This product teaches you to generate synthetic video of people who do not exist. That carries real obligations, and they are yours.

You agree not to use anything you learn here to:

• Depict, imitate or imply the likeness or voice of a real person without their written permission.
• Fabricate a testimonial, review, endorsement or result that did not happen.
• Present a synthetic person as a real customer, employee, doctor, expert or authority.
• Make claims about a product that are false, unsubstantiated or illegal in your market.
• Produce content that is defamatory, harassing, sexual involving minors, or otherwise unlawful.

You are also responsible for following the rules of every platform you publish on, including any requirement to label AI-generated content. Those rules change often. Checking them is your job, not ours.

No promise of results

We do not promise that you will make money, reach any level of sales, or achieve any advertising result. We make no income claim anywhere, and you should treat any such claim you see attributed to us as false.

What you get out of this depends on your offer, your market, your budget, your traffic and your own execution — none of which we control. Any example, figure or scenario in the material is illustration, not a forecast.

Access to the member area

Access is granted to the email address used at checkout and is intended for one buyer. You are responsible for keeping that access to yourself.

We may suspend or revoke access where we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being shared, resold, or used in breach of these terms.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the member area available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Hosting, maintenance and third-party outages happen.

We may update, add to, reorganise or retire parts of the material as the tools and platforms it covers change. Updates are included at no extra cost. We may also update these terms; the version published here at the time is the one that applies, and material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.

Limitation of liability

The material is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss — lost profit, lost ad spend, a suspended advertising account, or a business decision you took based on the material. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited by contract.

Termination

You may stop using the product at any time. We may terminate your licence if you breach these terms, in which case your access ends and no refund is due beyond what our Refund Policy already entitles you to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable international consumer protection law and by the terms set out by Digistore24 as the authorised reseller of this product.

If any clause here is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
